9th circuit says "Sucks" is OK. A tool that sends SPAM?  Really strange domain names.

Tune in to Radio GoDaddy's second show.
It's just about time for our second radio broadcast. We'll be broadcasting Wednesday evening for one hour at 7 pm PST/10 PM EST live on Sirius, XM, a few AM stations, and via live internet stream.

Like the first show, we plan to mostly have fun and to give you a chance to find out a few things you might not know about. There's also some pretty cool bonus content for those who listen in via the live internet stream.

Radio GoDaddy will be hosted by David Lawrence and Bob Parsons. We'll also have on the show regular guests Attorney Jones (the Go Daddy General Counsel) and Warren (our chief operating guy).

The 9th circuit says it's OK for others to use your domain and/or trademark to say "You suck!"
We plan on talking about how the 9th circuit's recent decision to allow people to register other's domain names (even if they are trademarked!) with the word "Sucks" appended to it (i.e. GoDaddySucks.com) could affect your business and you personally. We'll tell you what you can and should do about it.

Should we shut down a spam tool company?
We'll also talk about a company that makes a spam delivery tool (that's right, a tool used by spammers to send spam). This company has their domain with GoDaddy.com. We just found about them. We'll decide on the air whether we should shut this company's domain name down or not.

We're going to wake up Tim in Argentina.
And just for fun we'll call and wake up our man Tim, who is presently representing GoDaddy.com at an international meeting being held in Mar Del Plata, Argentina.

A special bonus for those listening in via the live stream.
If you're listening to us via live stream (there's no commercials on the live internet stream), during the "on air" commercial breaks, we'll switch subjects and talk about some of the really strange domain names that are registered with GoDaddy.com and what they're being used for. If you think you've heard it all, think again.

We'll also be taking calls.
We'll also take a few calls to answer your questions. We've even got an easy to remember toll free number for you to dial — you'll find it at www.RadioGoDaddy.com.

Everything you need to know is on the RadioGoDaddy.com site.
Visit www.RadioGoDaddy.com for information concerning how to listen to the show. You'll also be able to listen to the live stream there.

You can still listen to last week's show.
You can always listen to the live stream from last week's Radio GoDaddy show, and it's commercial free. This week's show will also be in the archive in case you miss it live. To listen to any past show (right now we have one past show) just go to www.RadioGoDaddy.com and click on "Show archives."

We look forward to talking to you.
