When, where and why our internet only version of "Car Wash" will be available.

Our production group created two versions of "Car Wash."
Speaking of car wash commercials, as some of you know, we recently shot our own car wash commercial with Candice Michelle, our Go Daddy Girl. When our production group filmed the commercial, they created two versions. One is a very tame version that was cut for television. The other is a much edgier version that was intended only to be available on the internet.

I first thought the internet only version might be too edgy.
I initially decided not to show our internet only version because I thought it might be a bit too edgy. However, my executive staff (half of whom are females) have pointed out to me that there is nothing inappropriate about the ad – at least not for the internet. They also pointed out that it would be very "un-GoDaddy-esque" for us not to make our internet only version of “Car Wash” available.

When the internet only version of “Car Wash” will become available.
I’ve decided to make the internet only version available starting this Wednesday, October 5, 2005 at 7:00 PM PST during this week’s broadcast of Radio Go Daddy. Those that visit the Radio Go Daddy web site will see it first. After the show, it will be posted with the rest of our commercials. We will start the show by getting a female’s perspective of the internet only version of “Car Wash” from our very own home page model Rachel. The discussion should be spirited and fun. I hope you will listen in.

A few comments about the internet only version.
1. Like all of our more controversial ads, it features Candice Michelle — our very own Go Daddy Girl!
2. I know the “car wash” idea has already been done. However, it’s not been done by us.
3. The music that plays during the commercial is original, and was composed especially for the internet only version.
4. Unlike other car wash commercials, this one features both a man whom women seem to find attractive, and a woman whom men seem to find attractive. So there’s something for both genders.
5. There is no nudity.
6. The old guy that appears in the pickup truck at the end of the commercial is not me.
